Kids Say the Darndest Things #2396

July 3rd, 2009 jerry Posted in Gage, Piper |

I was driving Piper and Gage home from their swimming lessons.

On our way we drove by an ice cream store.

Piper yelled from the backseat “I want a sundae!”

Gage looked at her for a moment and then hollered up at me “I want a Thursday!”

  1. Hahaha…That’s funny. Gage reminded me a similar story. It was August when I first came to the US. One hot Saturday, one of my new American friends said, “Would you like to have a Sundae with me?”. I thought hard for a moment and then replied, “I’m sorry, I will be busy all Sunday long. Could we go and have some ice scream now instead?”

  2. No way. Did you have to pull over because you were laughing so hard?

  3. Heck, get him a Thursday, they are way better than sundays. Thanks Jerry for sharing, love a great laugh.

  4. OMG!
